Hydrocodone

Friday I got a horizontally impacted wisdom tooth removed that had been bothering me for a while.  Whenever I ate steak, chicken or any other variety of meat, a piece of it would usually get stuck between the number 32 wisdom tooth and the molar in front of it (why it was only meat that got stuck back there I have no idea), and the pain was so sickening.  I was under IV sedation during the tooth removal so I don’t remember a damn thing about the procedure which is more than A-OK by me.

This is the first time I’ve used any sort of major painkiller before and Hydrocodone is some simply amazing stuff. Buddies are telling me to make sure not to forgot to down ‘em with some hard liquor or booze haha.

First post, hooray!

Uh huh - re that whole hydrocodone + alcohol thing - search “Karen Ann Quinlan” - here’s a brief intro:

“Karen Ann Quinlan was the first modern icon of the right-to-die debate. The 21-year-old Quinlan collapsed at a party after swallowing alcohol and the tranquilizer Valium on 14 April 1975. She suffered a brief period of anoxia (lack of oxygen to the brain)as a result of the combination. Doctors saved her life, but she suffered irreversible brain damage and lapsed into a “persistent vegetative state.” Her family waged a much-publicized legal battle for the right to remove her life support machinery. They succeeded, but in a final twist, Quinlan kept breathing after the respirator was unplugged. She remained in a coma for almost 10 years in a New Jersey nursing home until her 1985 death.”

    … you KNOW I love you!! : >

=) Don’t worry, I didn’t actually do it! Just thought it was funny so many people were telling me to try it.
